Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is traditionally performed with the hands to restore proper motion of joints throughout the body through manipulation. By restoring proper biomechanics, the body is not only able to move correctly but it allows for surrounding muscle tension to ease and proper nerve function.

Graston® Technique

Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. Using this technique decreases overall treatment time, reduces the need for anti-inflammatory medication, and often resolves chronic conditions thought to be permanent.

Active Release Technique®/Myofascial Release

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Usually performed by hand pressure and/or stretching to tissues to reduce muscle tension, restore mobility, and muscle length. EPAT Shockwave

This FDA cleared technology utilizes a unique set of acoustic pressure waves that stimulate metabolism, enhance blood circulation, and accelerate the healing process. This allows damaged tissues to gradually regenerate and heal.

Common conditions that may be treatment: Acute or Chronic tendonitis of the shoulder, hip, knee, achilles tendon, tennis/golfer’s elbow, plantar fasciitis, and hamstrings!
