About
Dr. Domenic Pileggi (Dr. Dom) is a 2017 graduate of New York Chiropractic College with a deep commitment to restoring movement, function, and quality of life.
Originally from Hatfield, PA, Dr. Dom was a pole vaulter, 4x100 sprinter, and team captain of both the North Penn High School and Neumann University track and field teams.
He began his career in the Scranton suburbs, where he worked with marathoners, ultra runners, CrossFit athletes, and high school and collegiate competitors—blending traditional chiropractic care with soft tissue therapies and functional rehab techniques to help patients return to activity quickly and confidently.
After several years away for school and early practice, he returned to the region to be closer to family and the community that shaped him.
In 2020, Dr. Dom earned certification in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Levels 1 and 2, reinforcing his systems-based approach to treating the body as a whole rather than as isolated parts. In 2022, he completed over 100 hours of advanced coursework through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). This training further enhanced his ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of sports injuries and movement dysfunctions across all activity levels and age groups.
Whether you identify as an athlete or not, Dr. Dom believes in one simple truth: we are made to move. His practice is rooted in biomechanics, ergonomic awareness, and evidence-based care designed to help every patient live an active, pain-free life.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Dom enjoys weight training, trail running with his dog Theo, camping, canoeing, traveling, and taking long rides on his motorcycle.
